Agreement to Terms
By using the services of AquaCrew Leesburg Pool Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
Services Provided
AquaCrew Leesburg Pool Services provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services to residential and commercial properties in Leesburg, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, and pool opening and closing services.
Service Scheduling and Cancellation
When you schedule a service with us, we commit to providing reliable and timely service. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. For weekly service customers, we maintain a regular schedule and will notify you if we need to adjust your service day due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For recurring weekly services, payment is typically billed monthly. Late payments may incur additional fees. If your account becomes past due, we reserve the right to suspend services until the account is brought current.
Property Access
You agree to provide our technicians with safe and unobstructed access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked or providing us with access codes or keys. You are responsible for restraining any pets that may interfere with service. We are not responsible for any damage to property that results from locked gates or inaccessible pool areas.
Liability and Insurance
AquaCrew Leesburg Pool Services maintains general liability insurance for the protection of our customers and our business. While we take great care in providing quality service, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues resulting from improper installation or neglect by previous service providers. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
Service Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service we provide, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to make it right. This may include returning to re-service your pool at no additional charge. Our guarantee does not cover issues that arise from factors outside our control, such as extreme weather, vandalism, or equipment failure.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining your pool equipment in good working order and notifying us of any issues or concerns. You should also inform us of any special requirements or conditions we should be aware of when servicing your pool. For weekly service customers, you agree to allow our technicians to perform routine maintenance tasks as needed to keep your pool clean and safe.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue directly. Most concerns can be addressed quickly through open communication. If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree that any legal proceedings will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
